So I built a workflow using AI across three clear steps:
- Create the cultural prompts in ChatGPT
- Generate the five regional portraits
- Turn those portraits into cinematic video clips
The final concept was simple:

What made the process work was not just the tools, but the structure.

Step 1: Use ChatGPT to Create the Cultural Concepts
The first thing I did was go to ChatGPT and explain the idea clearly.

The biggest mistake people make in image-to-video prompting is describing only how the subject looks, instead of describing how the scene moves.
That means you need to specify:
- walking
- turning
- twirling
- fabric movement
- camera motion
- background cultural action
- environmental motion
- emotional tone
This is what gives the video life.
The Master Video Prompt
Here’s the type of video prompt I used to animate each cultural portrait:

What I’d Improve Next Time
If I do this again, I would spend more time on transitions between scenes.
For example:

- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through a shawl reveal or mountain pan
- Balochistan through embroidered fabric or desert wind
- Kashmir through mist, water, or a moving shawl
I would also keep the camera language even more consistent across all clips so the final sequence feels more like one directed film.
